
Therapy tailored to you
Sessions can take place face to face or remotely. I offer short or long term therapy in a way that suits your needs. Short term therapy is usually for 8 weeks where we will review the sessions mid way. Longer term therapy is an ongoing process and can be reviewed at your own pace.
It's often reflected that clients find effective therapy requires commitment to meet either weekly or fortnightly to ensure you are seeing the changes you wish to make. We can discuss your goals in your initial assessment to see how sessions can work best for you in order to meet your needs.

As a trauma informed practitioner, I offer a safe space to explore childhood traumas such as the emotional and physical effects of neglect and abuse. I've worked with many clients whose intergenerational family trauma affects how their world can be experienced and understood.
I understand that we are more than our past. We want to live in the present: in a way that is aligned with who we want to be. However, when needs are not met, feelings of emotional dysregulation, poor self-worth and low self-esteem can effect how life is experienced, in the present moment. I provide a patient, safe, and supportive space where young people can explore their thoughts, feelings, and challenges. With extensive experience working with children and young people, I understand how to nurture open communication and build trust.

Counselling Tuition
As an experienced college lecturer of counselling, I offer personalised tuition to students of counselling and trainee counsellors to help them in their placement practice, core skills and assignments. Get in touch to see how I can support your studies in becoming a qualified counsellor.
Pricing
Sessions are to be paid in advance by bank transfer, or can be paid in cash before each session.
One-to-One | therapeutic hour (50 minute) | £55
Sessions can be in person, online, or telephone.
Limited concessions are available for trainee counsellors and students.
